In these days of hardship, with our eye in the sky satellites malfunctioning, arena staff into the third year of strike action, and the newbie species on the verge of extinction, it is all too easy to cast blame on our benevolent overlords: the NevKing Shadowmaster, the NevPrincess Bassy and the Consort Neveronical Spiky. And indeed, we may blame them, for the NevKing`s two-timing us with an armoured personnel carrier has taken him away from our kingdom for too long. But through all this we must not let our discourse descend into the gutter. To counter this alarming trent, I am announcing the formation of the Public Lobby for Untimely Termination, Opposing Neveron Impoliteness Under the new Management, or PLUTONIUM for short. PLUTONIUM will fight the corner for those who are tired of hearing the same old sarcasm, the same old bluster, the same old prejudice. We are at a new dawn for Neveron, but the sun is not yet up, and as with the Aztecs, it requires a blood sacrifice. We must cleanse Neveron of all that is impure and heretical, for only when we are ourselves clean can we hope to witness the light.To this end, PLUTONIUM will encourage that all possible force be used against those who taint our mail, who blight our zones, who poison our chatrooms. PLUTONIUM will be for the betterment of all Neveron - to destroy the weeds infesting the newbie meadows; to sterilise those who would spread their rancor and foulness among to our eyes and ears; to end the spread of moral decay among our community. PLUTONIUM shall scour them from the ground, leaving the lands lush and fertile once more to plant the seeds of players, alliances and politics. They shall be vaporised in the golden glow of the PLUTONIUM Sunshine. -mattbuck

The Public Lobby for Untimely Termination, Opposing Neveron Impoliteness Under the new Management welcomes the light brought to our blighted planet by the mushroom cloud now towering over the BUUc nation. PLUTONIUM will continue to fight for the victims of user profanity and uncouthness, and we encourage all such Neveronians to contact our counselors. Whilst the detonation today was harmless, PLUTONIUM is encouraged that it sends a strong message to those who perpetrate such acts, and look forward to the day when the weapons can once again be put away. -mattbuck
