im looking for low lvl crappy empires. dont care about mechs, dont care about bv, dont care about pop. dont care about research done. what i want is your 500tps that was sent out. obv i want these to merge to a higher empire. send empire info in a pm. asking price etc. obv if its crappy its not worth much? l8rs DABOSS

obv if it has -500 mil or some other tard issue its not worth much? the impact of neg morale on a high lvl empire can also be an issue. l8rs DABOSS

i know of an empire, level 1, 25bil in the negative, but it got the 500tp, and it has massive omt issues due to some dp mechs, it used to be a level 4. it;s since been abandon, say i managed to find the owner, what would the running price be, how much would i have to pay you to take it :P
