Secondary Logins

Just a few ideas to kick around, and for everyone to dislike.

1. Remove all"pilot" logins, and secondary logins from empires.
2. Build in a new system that has 2 sections. 1 War Pilot, 2 Economic Pilot
2a. War pilots, are handled sort of like mercs. You hire someone for a set time or period, and during this time, when their is a active dow, they get agreed on control options. Price is a flat fee based on empire level.
2b Economic pilots, again handled like mercs. You hire someone to do maintence on empire. Their is a set time. And a set fee based on empire level.


As long as their are secondary logins that people allow in their empire. Login abuse WILL continue to happen. Their is almost no possible way for admins to control, or monitor this. We have to get back to realizing we cant have unlimited empire sizes cause we want to. If you dont have the time or pilots to run a 13, then dont get a level 13.

Several empires, and some entire factions are ran off secondary logins. This has created a huge inbalance in the game. Dont believe me? Look at mech prices.

Do i think the above is a complete solution? No I dont, but i think its a part of the solution. Ill be posting some other ideas which should be taken as a whole. But will post them as seperate ideas so that discussion can be had.

could expand on the options in the current system. put a max amount people can do, ie no more then x amount sent out of an empire, nor more then x amount scrapped/decommed.

Suggestions..
The war pilot can not buy new units, but can com any in stores, as well as move limited (level based) amounts of bv around. Yes, people will complain that this is too limited, but this is only to slow down the enemy until the owner gets on, or someone that he trusts (yeah right) get into the empire. The war pilot can NOT decom/scrap units, and make sure this is only availible to the owner (yeah people hate having to do their own dirty work).
Economy pilots cannt move units around, only put up items on the market, create new buildings (have a spot to set a limit) leaving destruction of buildings to the owner. Maybe allow the economy pilot decom units, or an option to, or atleast demob any. Allow this pilot to buy (limited) amounts of product, since they should be the ones setting factory workers to projects. This may even include building new towers.

All these should have some set limits, to prevent a horrible loss if someone does go rogue. It wont stop such things, but will limit the amount done. Also put a length of time, so every 3 days or so they can do stuff.
