Hyper-trained bug

Hi, I'm a noob with 5 low level empires, and I'm experiencing a bug with the new train system. I opened a help ticket for this, but I'm posting here, as well, because this seems like a big problem to me.
One of my strikers skilled from a 4/4 to a 4/-11 (yes, negative 11 Vweapons) in about 2 weeks of training. (No battles, and training set to maximum)
All in all I think I have 3 or 4 units across my 5 lvl 2/1 empires that hit negatives. The -11 is by far the outlier, but I also have a -3 gunnery striker, and a fair number of units that got down to 0's.
For the moment, I am not waring anyone, since this is obviously a bug, but I figured I should post here to get other peeps to do the same. A single -11 striker probably isn't going to matter too much in a level 2 empire, but if this had happened to one of my mechs or an idf vehicle I would suddenly have a metal god, which would be completely unbalancing for war.
Hopefully everyone who is getting bugs like this is also sitting on their units for the moment, until this issue can get sorted out. (but my pessimism tells me that most peeps will probably abuse it as hard as they can till the issue gets fixed)
Edit: As a side-note, I just realized that it is technically my birthday now, so maybe neveron just gave me a -11 as a b-day present.

Put it in a 150cf tower, you have a 6800bv unit.

Care to elaborate on that at all? My empires seems to be suffering all the normal "penalties" for the super trained units. (aka, my BV jumped up about 2k overall and my lvl 2 empire is now a lvl 3)
Edit: Also, as an update I found a soldier with -13 vehicle driving when I went through my empires and swapped crews.
Edit again: And a -12 vehicle weapons guy in a Vanguard.

Catacomb: The Training system is newly implemented, and it may in fact need some additional tweaking to get it balanced to where we want it. More players would be seeing similar results if they where willing, and able to afford, the Maximum Training Rate.
An empire that is running 5,000 units was left on Maximum for 10 days, then dropped to Minimum for the next 10 days, with no war activity. The empire still has over 500 units at 2/2 or better, when many started at 4 to 5 skill ranges. This is random Vehs and Mechs. Im sure there are some DP enhancers on some of the mechs in there, but not many.
So for now, thats 'normal' and you are free to war with them. However everyone should keep in mind that the training program will be modified as needed to find a best point of balance for the long term. This means dont plan your entire empires defense around a few excellent units. Dont freak out when you cant maintain that skill after a few months.
cbtgod / DABOSS : I never told you 100% that it was your computer settings. I was asking you for more specific information about what vartiables where differant than other players, as several of your problems where unique at the time.
One case of your empire having an issue, if I recall correctly, was the inability to buy mechs from the market. As it turned out, it is some goofy bug that prevents an empire from making new NASI mech purchases, when that empire had 'player made' mechs listed for sale. As your empire is one of the few that can make mechs, it was simply a new problem that hadnt been sorted out previously. With out proper specific information its incredibly difficult to pin point an issue in any code, let alone something as complex as Neveron.
In EVERY case I ask players what Operating System [OS] and broswers/addons they are using. Believe it or not, there are times where the 'problem' has actually been related to the players OS / browser. There are often times when the problem is actually due to player misunderstanding of the proper game mechanics. All of this was BEFORE any changes made to the game.
So while I understand that your not happy with the most recent changes to the game, Id appreciate it if you stopped trolling every post with your pointless sarcastic comments. We get it, your not happy, now move on already.

I do have to ask about training (again)... I have 3 empires with few units (2 still have 4each n00b jeeps), and the 3rd has 1 mech.
These three, have been at maximum training since the new program was put into place. I'll double-check to be sure, but most drivers/gunners are still skill 4, several are skill 5, and some how the Mech pilots' gunnery has dropped to 3.
The way I read training is supposed to work: I once asked if there were a minimum number of units necessary to have increases, and I was told it's based off their current skill - lower skill will be more difficult to increase (fine.) Will this mean that they will / could eventually increase? Sure! Also, that a "flat" % of pilots can increase, to where if one had 100 units, 25 of them may increase.
So, with 1+ month of running(?) - we're now past one NevYear, and probably 2 SKILL UPS (improvement) have occurred. I'm not sure how many training checks this has been, but I'd expect what, 365+?
This defeats the "It's RNG" argument.

Always remember, a RNG could screw you. It is always possible to hit a 1% chance more often than not. In the FFA the other day, I couldn't hit anything with a 5 to-hit, but then later on a 9 to-hit they all were successful. The percentages should be there, but that doesn't guarantee that the RNG won't end up getting you in the skill ups, or not getting you on the skill downs. I also have a level one with 1 mech and 3 jeeps that is set to max, jeeps are 3,4,and 4. Mech has skilled up to 4/3 from 3/3. Their natural multipliers just aren't what we would all hope for. It's chance, perhaps the tanks have good infantry or mech multipliers but poor tank multipliers. Same situation for the mech. My larger empire with just shy of 200 units shows me that the system works fairly well. It's set on normal training and the skill ups and downs seem to balance each other out. Today my bv will be up 250, tomorrow down 150, next day back up 50, then stays. It's always changing. I'm not going to say the skill ups and downs are perfect, but they seem decent. People may lose a negative gunner mech due to a poor natural multiplier. There is no way to truly know where each unit is going to go.
