Help Tickets get reviewed like everything else on Neveron, on a part time basis
There are only so many hours in the day
Not every issue can be answered, let alone fixed, in a time frame that is acceptable to every individual player, especially since every player has a different value as to what is acceptable response time
The tickets that have had something completed with them, or are in need of more information, get replies to them WHEN tickets are being worked on
None of this is new information
Im not sure where all the confusion about this is coming from
