PvE 'food pellet dispenser' (AI Pirates (on demand) / Auto Quests (on demand)) wanted / needed?

With PvP 'food pellets' being severely limited by the total amount of remaining players / empires I would like to suggest - once again - the re-introduction of admin sponsored / spawned NPC AI-pirates (on demand) - and or the implementation of relaunchable Auto Quests (on demand).
The game's exhausted PvP 'pellet dispenser' won't refill itself magically any time soon - and without a self-replenishing, admin-sponsored, inexhaustible PvE NPC 'pellet dispenser' the remaining PvP 'pellets' (empires) might get decimated even further = bad news for player retention and or playerbase growth / repopulation plans.
Just some food for thought ...

I support this Idea, I also support a PvE where a players own units can be used or a PvEvP. either way Im in support of a PvEso i can stop killing people off and still feed my war machines.
