help tickets part 2

it would seem help tickets no longer get taken care of? nor mergers. l8rs DABOSS

this was proven when a faction member put in a ticket and it was taken care of. i have tickets now 4 months old his was only 2-3 weeks old. as i have stated you are playing favorites. or you rec the owner and login so you dont bother, due to having personel feelings about him or her. l8rs DABOSS make sure to lock this one to so now one can respond real mature. *thumbs up* keep up the good work...more like lack of SM!

This is of course not true, and its just people spouting off at the mouth saying whatever nonsense makes them feel better.

As I already stated, some tickets are easier to fix than others. Some need extensive research into them before a reply can even be considered.

Tickets are meant to create a direct topic about a specific issue related to Neveron. They are not there to fill some random need of any individual player(s).

Sorry to burst your bubble of self pity, but every ticket is read, regardless of who sends it. Food for thought tho...tickets that do NOT contain intelligent feedback or specific details on a specific topic, are more likely to get pushed to the back burned to be 'sorted out' later. I just dont have the time to explain proper ticket guidelines over and over and over to the same people.

Now Im closing this dead topic...again
