The official position of Neveron: The New Era
If any player uses any tool, technique, proceedure or any other method to accomplish any unintended action(s) within Neveron, they will be subject to Administrative Action.
This would include, but is not limited to:
- Loopholes discovered in any code within Neveron
- Exploits discovered about any process coded within Neveron
- Work Arounds used to avoid any systems built into Neveron
- Running any external process at Neveron [automated or not] for the purpose of exploit or information gathering
- Manually entering 'url' strings into any browser in an attempt to manipulate Neveron
- Attempts to inject any code string into any part of Neveron
Administrative Action can include verbal warnings, empire(s) fine(s) and/ or deletion(s), as well as banning any player(s) involved, from the Neveron site and all its associated communication tools.
Any attempt to create 'disposable' empires to use for illegal activity will also result in 'primary' empire punishment where deemed appropiate.
Do NOT let any player have access to your PRIMARY login, EVER, NO MATTER WHAT. Allowing any player to access your primary login, who then uses your login to conduct illegal activity as described above, then subjects YOUR login and all its known empires, to the same punishment. This means that a L13 empire could be deleted due to misuse of its primary login.
'Allied' players should be only granted access to your empire using the 'Secondary' login tool or via the Battle Player option.
Ownership of all empires is proven ONLY through the use of the EMAIL listed on its PRIMARY LOGIN information. Any attempts to recover a login or its associated empire(s) can only be done through direct communication using the associated email. Make sure that your logins have current and valid emails associated with them. Logins with out valid emails are subject to Administrative Action.
