First off, I want to apologize for my absence on the Dark Age books.
Now, I was wondering what the rule is on referencing kindle versions of the books compared to the paperback versions. Do I need to call out the paperback page number or could I call out kindle page number when doing a reference?

(I presume your question is about reference quotes for wiki articles.)
Either source/edition is fine, provided the actual text is the same. (This may not always be the case for BattleCorps releases of novels, for example, which are drawn from pre-final texts; but these have a disclaimer clarifying that the print edition trumps the PDF canon-wise.) Just make sure any page number references indicate whether they are taken from a print edition (and which one), or the Kindle version.
