Been in a game doing street fighting, running the "Bad guys" as The Sociaty" Clan Coyote.
Enemy personal design for close street fighting and some Long-range shots.

Diashi “Ripper” (Street Fighter) Weapons load out, 2x iATM 9s with 6 tons ammo to share, and 9x Medium Pulse Lasers.

This uses all but .5 tons, gives you some long range direct energy weapons, more missiles per shot, and its not heat neutral at all...all you got to learn is to pace yourself and learn to manage heat (otherwise, do not even play with the heat rules); you don't need to alpha strike like a CoD kiddie on crack blowing his load in 2 rounds by alpha striking.

Blech, ATMs. I'd take Clan LRMs over ATMs for an urban combatant. You lose a leetle bit of firepower at 1-3 hexes but match firepower with ATMs from 4 to 21 hexes; gain a lot of useful munitions not available to ATMs (mines and smokes: great in cities); and gain an absolutely critical advantage over ATMs: indirect fire.

When you're wandering a city, the ability to fire OVER obstacles is awesome. ATMs don't deliver it.
