I think this could use the secondaries, might revamp it this and some others over the next couple of weeks. Say drop the LRM either down to a 5 rack and go with a small pulse laser, which would use the heat sinks fully, then add a couple of MGs and maybe some electronics.

I'd rather keep the three weapons you've got than downgrade the LRM for secondaries. A lot of tanks are just one main gun (Hetzer, Predator, etc.) - this has three solid weapons. Anytime I see the AC/10-Large Laser combo I think "Enforcer" which is a perfectly solid mech without much in the way of secondaries.

Honestly, I'd rather drop a ton of LRM ammo for either the small pulse laser or an extra half ton of armor and a standard small laser for anti-infantry work. I think 10-12 rounds of ammo is fine if you've got an energy weapon to fall back on in a protracted engagement.
