Reminds me up a 10 ton heavier HIGHLANDER...with an IC engine...still not sold on the idea of IC engines in mechs.

I don't know the rules on ICE engines in mechs, but I would think they could only take 1 engine hit before being knocked out much like putting a .50 caliber anti-material round into an car's engine block. Best thing about ICE's in mech would be a reduced cost of the mech at a huge cost in weight. I would honestly limit ICEs to mechs less then 40 tons.
Now, for ANT's design, it looks fairly solid. Shave off 35 tons (level 2 design) and install a fusion engine in that thing would make it faster and more mobile with jump jets at a even further reduced cost and 6 less tons of armor (CASE II's swapped out for 2 CASE I's in the side torso, single heatsinks). Go 60 tons and and remove the endo steel and jump jets and this thing cost a measly 5 million C-Bills which can be paid in monthly installments for 5 years. I could see it as a mercenary mech.
