==Overview:==

Ever since their massive loses during the Pentagon civil war and some years
later when Clan Wolverine apparently used a nuclear device on the Clan Snow
Raven genetic repository on Dehra Dun, the Ravens have focused on becoming
masters of their own destiny. To that end Clan Snow Raven has developed their
navy to a great extent. The expansion of their navy has helped the Clan
position themselves to operate behind the scenes. Although eager to help Clan
Ghost Bear design the massive Leviathan Warship in exchange for mining rights,
the Ravens wanted a Warship of their own which had no equal- the Shrike.

The Shrike is a very large Warship designed and constructed by Clan Snow
Raven to be their Flagship. Given the size and weaponry, the Shrike was
classified as a Dreadnought. It is also the most heavily armored Warship in
existence and can keep pace or outrun much smaller Warships. The design
incorporates sophisticated aspects of Clan naval technology including a self
sealing Harjel, Large Naval Comm-Scanner Suite and Lamellor Ferro-Carbide
armor. The crew accommodations are comfortable and include a luxurious Star
Admiral and Star Commodore's quarters. Successful boarding actions against the
unit are virtually impossible. Even in the unlikely event the defenses are
overwhelmed, would be boarders must deal with not only the large crew but the
sizable Elemental contingent as well.

The Warship was designed for space superiority, so it doesn’t have excessive
amount of cargo or supplies. After the Shrike carries the day, non-combat
supply vessels can do what they do best- resupply. The 5 docking hard points
give the design some flexibility in tailoring it for certain missions.
Although the Warship has a reasonable cost, the time it takes to build one
along with the costs associated with personnel and maintenance, places severe
limits on future numbers. The design is named after a Terran bird which would
frequently impale its prey on thorns. The Shrike was officially launched from
the Snow Raven shipyards at Lum on August 22, 3072.

Wait where have we seen this load or one similar to it before? On all of your other designs...again I think I will bid the Space Battleship Yamato with it's Wave Motion Gun against it.

No. I have posted a lot of Aerotech designs over the years but I'll go through some of the more recent ones. For example, the Vanguard mobile shipyard has a combination of Heavy NPPCs and NL-55s for its naval weapons, the Charon has a combination of AR-10s and Heavy NPPCs for its naval weapons, the Hive and Firepower have just Heavy NPPCs for its naval weapons, the Shrike has a combination of Heavy NPPCs and NAC/ 30s. Plus those ships vary regarding their standard weaponry (anti-fighter) going from none to a lot. But if you want to be intellectually lazy, fine...

No one is being lazy but you. You build the same ship, same tonnage same weapons and then tell us we don't know what we are doing or how to make space warships. Sorry but it is you who are lazy and when it is pointed out you resort to name calling. You keep trying to cover every angle thinking that is how things are done and it's not. Your ships are munchy they are trying to do everything possible. You don't adjust your weapons, you don't change the setting or the purpose of your ships and all you do is change the name and move some weapons around. The results end up the same, you get the same ship maxed out to do nothing but win.

Your ships are all the same, you given them NO character or depth. They are munchy designs that putting winning above having fun and good gaming, which some thinking and luck and skill come into play.

So again I say that your ships are munchy and would not work in the BT setting since NO Clan or House or Faction would waste their resources building it. So any reasonable person would either take your own ships against your or simple not play against you in any game since winning seems to be more important to you then a good time and enjoyment of something with friends and fellow gamers.
