Well this one is better, less of the monstrosity we normally see from you. This one has a chance of seeing the light of day. WAY to much AMS but that is easily fixed. Could you explain why you have 420 Crew (138 minimum) which is more then double what you would need even with battle loses.
Also what does your large Naval Comm Scanner do? Could you share the home (non-level 2 or level 3) rules for this item?
