Are small craft designed like fighters, drop ships, or do they have there own rules?
I have an idea for one but I dont know if they are designed like fighters with the rules I have or some other way that I don't have rules for
Why argue if the glass is half full or half empty, when you know someone is going to knock it over and spill it anyways.

They have their own rules. They're quite a bit - but not entirely - like DropShips. They're 100 to 200 tons only; they have engines, structure, and controls like DropShips; you have to assign crew quarters to them to handle their minimum crew.
Tech Manual, AT2R, and - I think - BattleSpace have rules for them.

The sheets tend to make the look like fighters...then again I am sure you could build one that looks like a saucer...
