No improvement and still a range target. You are building the same vehicle over and over again with nothing really changed except you dropped the armor down to a reasonable level. Take the hint, the tanks above 110 tons are not worth the money or resources and the ones over 90 tons are pushing things to the point of can a smaller vehicle do the same job better.

Try building this as a smaller vehicle, two vehicles makes more sense, it allows you to have more options and if you lose one you still have another to keep firing the artillery strikes. With this once it's dead you just lost all artillery support it was providing.
