Would these be the next advancements in naval laser technology?
Also what about Ultra versions of the Naval Autocannons?
Would either the Clans or the Inner Sphere powers be looking into these?
Or is this kind of tech to costly and limited to have such research done?

The Clans seem generally uninterested in advancing naval weapons technology, and the Inner Sphere looks about ready to swear off naval warfleets, but if that weren't the case, I can see them beginning to look for the next naval superweapon, and NPLs are a definate possibility, as are Ultra and Rotary ACs.
