Just thought I'll say hello to the Community.
My name is Krzysztof, I live and work in Poland, Europe.
I have been recently brought back to the Battletech by a colleague, after couple of years of break. Earlier, 15-20 years ago, I was a great fan of both table game and RPG.
I like to play on hex boards, which I make myself. I like the modelling part for the game a lot - probably much more than balancing the forces or playing to win. I am more of a fluff player, enjoy the idea of combined operations in exotic environments even if no 'Mech is around.
My favourite eras were the initial ones, before Clans' invasion. They have been somewhat game-devastating in mechanics, but I really like the Clans' visual designes. I am also great fan of some "unseen" 'Mechs, particularly Rifleman, Warhammer, Longbow or Archer. I have started researching the idea of moving these machines and battles to 20mm (1:72) scale.
I hope to be using You resources and expertise extensively.
