Never had good luck with this one. However, my brother did when he used it a fight against me. The irony of that.

It's because 55 ton 7-11s just don't work. That engine is too big. I've played with it myself and never found any combination that was significant better than the classic 5/8 units (Griffin, Shadow Hawk, Wolverine) or the Clan's 6-9 Stormcrow. If its going to be that big and go that fast, you almost have to go all-in on speed and give it MASC, like the Black Lanner.
For example, shave it to 45 tons and you get an extra ton in weight savings. Yeah you lose some armor too but its also a good deal cheaper. Use the extra ton on a C3 Slave or TAG instead of another heat sink and you're increasing battlefield utility beyond just the ammo-independent recon/scout role.
