Like the fire power, though the ammo is a little low for having to feed 4 weapons with it.
Hmm. the 4 ermls are nice. Hadn't seen the pair in the ct. I was going to say the double heat sinks were a waste, but I see why they are needed now.
This is a cold mech. Might drop a sink to add some ammo. 8 volleys is a little light for an assault mech. Yes the lasers are a great back up for that.

I have a variant that has C3 Slave at the cost of a heat sink, but I can do one that goes with ammo.

I consider this mech critically low in ammo stores.
I would try to stay at long range and hope this mech runs out of ammo quickly before I take to much damage.
With this mechs slow speed staying at long range should not be to hard.
Once its out of ammo its not much of a 100 ton mech.
The only disadvantages are semi-guided missiles are three times the cost of standard missiles and somewhat rare outside the borders of the Free Worlds League or among the forces of the Word of Blake. With unaided personal combat the height of honorable Clan conduct, so far the Clans have not attempted to replicate the technology.
I would ditch the TAG for another ton of GR ammo since the Clans don't use Tag.
Why argue if the glass is half full or half empty, when you know someone is going to knock it over and spill it anyways.

I wouldn't be surprised if hell's horses actually had tag and semi-guided LRMs.

No tech is exclusive to anyone house anymore, the Jihad and all of the silliness made sure that all the tech was spread around the Inner Sphere.

Kinda like the star league tech when the clans invaded. Yeah, they seem to like to do that anymore.
Unaided personal combat? Would that include the enhanced imaging? They did put that in the mechwarrior book, making it canon. According to the book, alot of clan warriors got the implants to increase their fighting abilities. And as I said before, if they wanted to prove they were superior, they would be using old tech when they invaded.
Karagin. Have you tried to make the basic configuration an omni mech? Not sure how many of the latest mechs up put up that were 100 tons, but they seem to have the basic chasis the same.

He must have edited the last paragraph, I was referring to "if they want to prove they were superior, they would be using old tech when they invaded".

He has a point though, weapons help but skill, training and experience are what make warriors, not weapons.

yeah. I had edited it. I thought I could get it done before anyone responded to it, and didnt mark it as edited. That is my mistake. I will let it say edited from now on. Though the statement is still there.
It is funny that the 'honorable' clans thought it wasn't dishonorable to stand outside the range of the enemy and fire at will.
And for the most part, the invasion was set up by the leaders, not the actual warriors.

Yep. If the Clans had been serious about their honor, then they would've fought with equal technology to the Inner Sphere.

Very few in history that called them self's honor bound warriors where ever honorable. Samurai, nights of chivalry and all the others, all honor was to them was a thinly warn cloak that only got lip service. The Clans are no different. That's one thing the game designers got right.

If you use superior technology you can take on bigger and/or more numerous opponents Staying in range of your own weapons and out of range of your opponent's weapons is called being smart and has nothing to do with honor.
