In the owner history of New Canton is the following:
3067 - Chaos March
3068 - Word of Blake Protectorate
3067 - Federated Suns
The order is mixed up and there are 2 entries for 3067.
I don`t have the sources so I cannot verify any of this. I was hoping someone who does could straighten this out.

first off, part of the chaos march was part of the federated suns when it was allied with the lyran commonwealth... ie the federated commonwealth.
The the fedcom went into a civil war, the part of the capellen confederation that was capture by the suns became know as the chaos march because no one had control over it.
Now it is possible that in the begining of 3067 it was part of the chaos march, but had finally reverted by to the suns by the end of the year.
It may also be a simple typo.

The issue has been fixed; the editor that added the date made an accidental copy-paste error. It has been changed to another reference for the earlier 3067. Thanks for reporting this.
