Snub-Nose PPC is hands-down the best weapon for an UrbanMech. Not completely sold on the Capacitor here...the Urbie is a Stand-n-Fight type of 'Mech, so you'll rarely have a round of "down time" to charge it.
I'd go with an ERML instead, or possibly an X-Pulse.

Did you read the comic before answering? Maybe that's what caused the universal reality to hiccup.
As a side note, the fluff from the confederation says they use the mech heavily. Why wouldn't the experiment with their stealth armor on it?
