A mid-1945 Japanese mech, the Hunter was built as an experimental platform for both the new Light Fusion Engine and the Endo-Steel Skeletons now set up in orbit around the Earth. Compared to other mechs of Japan existing around this time, the Hanta is fast and mobile for it's size thanks to the use of it's weight saving technologies. Though, it's primary armament is unimpressive against everything except some specialty armors such as Hardened Armor, frequently used in bunkers. However, it's much more useful feature is it's twin C3 Master Computers, allowing it to support 2 short C3 slave lances at once as well as call in Arrow IV strikes. The C3 Masters aren't incredibly useful in the more common heavy jungles of the Pacific, but the terrain of the Asian continent is where these are intended to operate.
