This is a revised Manticore, slowed down to free up a lot of tonnage to increase it's overall effectiveness in firepower closer to the original Manticore.
One interesting change I made is the replacement of the medium laser with an AC/2. It didn't require much tonnage due to the loss of those heavy heat sinks.
