This Xanthos is essentially a watered down version of the standard XNT-3O Xanthos. This Capellan variant was made after raven 1X pilots complained that their weighty EW equipment made their mechs much too fragile for the front lines. For situations where EW equipment was wanted on the front, a different type of Mech was needed.
In order to fit the change, the normal AC/20 was downgraded to an AC/10 and stripped of a ton of ammo. The SRM6 was downgraded to a SRM4. The small laser was removed, and 3 heat sinks were removed, as they were now unnecessary with the lower heat of the changed weaponry. All these changes allowed 7.5 tons of EWE to be installed on the Xanthos.

Could you please include a line that says if the mech is biped or a quad, would make that bit easier to figure out at a glance and that would make folks who are not familiar with the name of the original mech to know that they are look at a quad mech from the start.
The ECM that is used prior to the GECM coming back in to the picture was a rare bird so to speak, not seeing it being put on a 100 ton mech, limited mobility etc...I could see them going for something in the 70 ton or 55 ton range though, maybe a variant on the Cataphract

I did fluff that this variant was to give EWE capabilities to frontline units, as opposed to scouts, to give lasting, durable electronic capabilities to the front that would not be achieved by the Raven(or by mediums and most heavies for that matter.)
Compare the original Xanthos to this one. That 7.5 tons hit it hard in the armament department. Normal mediums and heavies would fare much worse.
