This submarine was not primarily designed to destroy enemy mechs that invaded their waterways. Its primary mission is to deliver frogmen commandos to where they would be the most effective. Its secondary mission would be to harass any mechs that would invade there watery kingdom. The LR torpedo 5 pack is not all that effective but since its range is greater than most above ground weapons are underwater it a destructive enough to keep mechs out of the watery depths. If used in wolf packs even Minos can bring down the heaviest of mechs.
The ICE engine was replaced with a fuel cell engine.
Half of the LRT ammo was removed.
The complement of Frogmen was doubled since delivering Frogmen was the entire goal of the submarine.
Why argue if the glass is half full or half empty, when you know someone is going to knock it over and spill it anyways.

This is a light mini sub designed to harass mechs that are trying to cross deep water or to harass enemy shipping over water. They can take out large ships if wolf pack tactics are used. They have very light armor because LRTs can fire out of range of other weapons underwater.
I thought of this when I was playing with the Neptune last night. I wanted the lightest sub that could harass mechs crossing water. The real idea is to flood the mech than to destroy it.
I updated this design with the new fuel cell engine rule.
All that was changed was the amount of ammo it carries. From .5 tons to 1.25 tons. That should help a lot to keep them cocky mech jocks out of the water!

The Supper Mino submarine is for the commanders that what to be able to be more bold in there attacks but still want to have something that is quick and maneuverable.
