I am sorry Retry, I am still not understanding what it is you are asking, the vehicle is an Surface to Air platform, based on the a vehicle found in WH40K and is my take on how it translates into a BT machine, so is your question about that or something else?

Again I am not following your question or comment, do you have a better take on the vehicle from WH40K? Please share it, so far you have not offered anything to rant over, so I am not sure what your game or attempt is here, but please feel free to enlighten us to your point so as we can all understand and see what it is that you are asking with your question about the name of the vehicle.

It's not really an area effect missile...
Actually, I dunno. Don't know what UB tag stands for either. I'm not sure if OS Tbolts even exist.

Sadly, knowing the game and knowing the rules seems to be two different things.
Thunderbolts are single hit large damage missiles, that is they do what ever their rating is in damage, a Thunderbolt 5 would do a single 5 point hit etc...and in this case the OS Thunderbolt 10 would do a single 10 point hit.
The UB, stands for Unbound, a Solairs 7 scenario/mechwarrior adventure pack that brought things like OS-Thunderbolt and other weapons like the Tandem Warheads and chainsaws etc...to the game LONG before MWDA appeared. It is a good book full of ideas like torso mounted cockpits and other things. Worth getting.
