Why would TPTB turn a missile boat into a Brawler? Yeah so I tossed a lot of the silliness and went back to basics then forward with this one:

It has enough ammo to make folks who feel two tons just isn't enough, and it has the defensive ability of the medium pulse weapons to keep those infantry and battle armored trolls away. Add in CASE and the mech is not going to go up like a Roman Candle. This one kept the original weapons, LRM20s and LRM5s, upgraded with ArtIV and the lasers became pulses. Who ever thought this mech needed a ER Large Laser did not understand the Longbow from the early days of Battletech.

now if they would only canonize the lrms being used in 5 packs and split into the larger launchers like was presented in another thread. This would make the unit more effective while using less ammo spots.

They did, that would be called the MML (Multi-Missile Launcher) aka it allows you to have both SRM and LRM ammo and single launcher to fire it all from all on the same mech or vehicle.

I was talking about the one that was suggest that all lrm launchers could use the same ammo bins, but the ammo would be marked off in lots of 5. ie an lrm 20 used 4 packs of 5 from the total amount.
