A garrison tank with Stealth armor...yeah not seeing that stuff wasted on second line units not by anyone in the Inner Sphere.

is this a ice or fusion engine tank?

I can see front lines using this as cannon fodder to try and take out anything flying as well as some long range support fire.

And remember Karagin, this is not innersphere, but the clan advantages of everything with some innersphere stuff mixed in that is not clan tech yet.

@Ghostrider:It's a fusion tank.

@Karagin: Ghostrider's right, it's not innersphere. Also not clantech either though. Sort of renders your argument about the IS moot.

@Retry I got that part. And I still stick with the statement, modified, no government or military is going to put this much tech into their second line forces.

Even the Clans don't give their second line stuff ALL the bells and whistles. As for what tech it is, it is still based in the reality of Battletech since I am not seeing any home tech items.

It's neither IS nor clan, and that is your opinion.

Correct Retry my opinion. So I am leaving it at that.

The complaints seem to be more logistically related of the non-canon faction's capabilities. It'd be more appropiate in a different thread. Anything relevant you have to say?

might have been an option to put an mg in the back. For some reason, I would think that would be the best way to approach vehicles. Most seem to have front and sides covered. Not just yours retry.

I beleive retry had said stealth armor needed heat sinks to run it, which is why I asked about the fusion engine. Not all of us have a handy mech creation program handy.

Honestly think the ac is a little small, but then again, front line combat is not its purpose.

A cheaper alternative.

I dunno, but I think being able to field 4 of these for 1 unit with stealth armor is far more effective despite having very little armor (even for it's intended role).

Overall, at first, yes. In the sense that 4 of those can pump out more lead than the Nauros. However, it lacks side machineguns for crit soaking, giving it even less durability. Which, speaking of, this unnamed tank cannot last a single AC/20 hit at any location...(*cough*mechbusterbait*cough*). Not exactly something you would want assigning your troops unless you have a "we have reserves" mentality.
