problem with this is for the challenge, it was in 3019 era. No endosteel or xl engines.

Other then that, I looks like something people would respect from a light mech.

I would have never expected that kind of fire power on a Locust.

Are you sure the price is right? It seems a little low for a mech with an XL engine
Why argue if the glass is half full or half empty, when you know someone is going to knock it over and spill it anyways.

If I had no choice but pilot a Locust I would pick this because its the least crappy of all Locust.

If I won this mech from a battle I would sale it for supplies or have a down payment on a medium mech.

I think using it to lure in unsuspecting mediums and salvaging them since the pilots are less likely to run from a 20 ton mech then another medium you might use.
