------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ==Overview:== During the Armaris coup, the SLDF commissioned the Hummel Self-Propelled Gun as a cost effective means to bolster the firepower of its conventional infantry units.
==Capabilities:== The Hummel is a light weight artillary unit, capable of indirect fire out to 360 meters from its Sniper Cannon. Not ment as a frontline unit, it is only capable of a medicore speed of 64.8 km/h and protected by a scant three and a half tons of armor protecting the lightly armoured fighting compartment. A single ton of ammo supplies enough ammo for sustained fire for just over a minute and a half.
==Variants:== The most common variant of the Hummel was the replacement of the Sniper Cannon with a class 10 auto cannon capable of providing direct fire. With the additional free tonnage, a second ton of ammo is added, as well as as increasing the armor by 2 tons.
Comstar modernized its fleet of two hundred Hummels with Arrow IV artillary pieces. The ICE engine is replaced with a fusion engine, allowing for two tons of ammo and the armor upgraded to 4 tons of ferro-fiberous and CASE to help protect the crew.
==Deployment== The Hummel was typically assigned to second line infantry units, most vehicles that saw heavy fighting were often destroyed or heavily damaged.

I was bored, so I decided to do something from WWII. Also learned the difference between the Cannons and Artillery Pieces which I always though was some kind of typo or name change. Honestly could not come up with much fluff, but I do like the Comstar upgrade.

Sounds cool, I'm a fan of little niche vehicles like this, and an infantry support gun is definitely awesome. Especially when based off a WW2 vehicle.
There'll be the devil to pay mate. Better make it good, eh?

Given that the original had a howizter on it I am not sure if the Sniper Canon fits that role, as to how BT treat artillery weapons and such.
The original had 15cm (150mm) 15 cm schwere Feldhaubitze 18 or sFH 18 or in English "heavy field howitzer, model 18", it wasn't used like the StuG or the Nashorn or other SPGs the Germans had, this was their self propelled artillery unit. I do wish BT had given artillery weapons a better rule set and choices.
Over all the fluff is good, the vehicle is designed well and I can see it getting use around the Periphery and in the fighting after the fall of the Star League.
