It's an interesting design, but seems to have high heat issues even without alpha striking. The bulk of the firepower, the universal Clan LRM 20s, are impressive but you can't use them all at once (never mind the other weapons.)
I approve of the laser backups, but the ATMs are redundant with the LRMs. In aerospace combat, the ATMs have no distinction from the LRMs. The to-hit numbers are identical and the damage is not applied in clusters. Considering you can't use the ATMs with the LRMs and the LRMs do more damage, I'd ditch the ATMs for badly-needed heat sinks.
You've got a canon-like Clan aerospace fighter armor arrangement: not much, despite being a 95-ton fighter. It can be critted by an Inner Sphere medium laser anywhere except the nose, and even a small laser can get a crit chance on its stern. It's kind of like seeing an assault 'Mech with 5 tons of armor, but that's how the Clans play their fighters.
There can be reasons for that weapon and armor combination, though. Is it meant to be a one-shot kamikaze for freeborns and or some honor-reclaiming design like the Hunchback IIC?
A couple of technical questions: 1) How many fuel points? You only listed the tonnage, but it helps to understand a fighter's performance if you spell out the fuel points like all fighters in TROs. 2) Are the "missile pod (20)s" a custom weapon or a RL/20?

Fuel is listed. 320 total points.
The Missile Pod 20s are similar to RL/20.

I do see your points with the ATM vs LRM, it looks great on paper, but game wise not so much. It was suppose to be a strike platform with missile weapons that did a lot of damage and borrowed the idea of gunship/dive bomber in one package.
Armor I went for what worked and felt right, not over kill of 100 points plus per side, not seeing the over all need of that on every fighter.
