Assinine Industries was looking to expand their advertising markets and decided to get into the Solaris games. They spent a great deal of money to out fit three mechs to be eye catching and unique. To that end Assinine Industries bought the plans to design large mech shields which no one else on Solaris has access to do to the five million C-bill price tag. At first there was filed an objection to the gaming commission to the Assinine Industries mechs having the Large Shields but when Assinine Industries made the argument that anyone that wanted the technology was quite free to spend the five million price tag to buy each set of plans for Large Shield technology. It was ruled in Assinine Industries favor to let the mechs fight with the Large Shields.

The Squire is meant to be used in tag team events with the Grand Knight.
The mech was deliberately kept real cheep so as to be not a great loss at its destruction. With it being considered as a losable asset in the Solaris games Assinine Industries commissioned a couple built.
It dose not boast very much post 3050 technology. It carries ten freezer coolers so it can carry six medium lasers and run at full speed with no concern of over heating. It uses Endo Steel technology to lighten up the frame to carry slightly more weight. And last it carries a light large shield so as to help it keep in the fight for just a little longer.
With its fast 120 kph speed, six medium lasers, and the large shield to take the heavy hits it can be a threat to even assault mechs.
The three mechs that Assinine Industries created for the Solaris games the Donkey, Grand Knight, and Squire proved to be quite successful in promoting Assinine Industries business. Sells of Assinine Industries weapon systems had gone up determinately. It also does not hurt as a side investment that the three mechs are also bringing in good revenue for Assinine Industries them self's. The only thing that Adam Eselon the CEO of Assinine Industries is upset about is that he did not think of doing this sooner
