A little more information would have been nice with this.
Main thing is how many infantry/powered armor does it hold?
The fusion engine is notable. Guessing it shouldn't be surprising since it is lighter then an ice engine.

Ok. Looking over some of the other apcs, an infantry squad takes 2 tons of space. I was thinking it was only a ton. My mistake there. Guess I should have looked it up in the books. The extra half ton would make me think you threw it in there to finish off the weight, such as room for extra munitions or possibly space for vip's.
