Overview
Another of Damage, Inc.'s (semi, in this case) domestic-use 'Mechs, the Watchman was designed for security duties, for when militias couldn't afford/spare true BattleMechs, or for use by security contractors to protect factories and the like.
Capabilities
A 75-rated Standard Fusion Engine provided sufficient speeds for moving from checkpoint to checkpoint, and this was augmented by two jump jets allowing the Watchman to vault over low obstacles. Its 15-ton ultra-light standard chassis was protected by three and a half tons of standard armor, and armed with a pair of Small Pulse Lasers to make short work of infantry and light 'Mechs and vehicles alike, supplemented by a single standard Medium Laser mounted in the center torso to take on more hardened targets at somewhat longer ranges. All of this came in a fully functional BattleMech, rather than some glorified, modded WorkMech, at a price of under a million C-bills. Not bad at all.

Hehe.. Already a mech called the Watchman. Was quickly sent to militias, since most of it was left over parts made for the enforcer. So when that was upgraded, alot of the large lasers went into the Watchman.

I can see this being used as a training mech as well. Teach students firing arcs, since the ct is restricted a little more then the arms, but losing the arm with the main weapon in it bites more...
