Overview
A 5-ton wheeled combat vehicle designed for domestic security duties, the Deputy was incredibly cheap and efficient, Damage, Inc. unable to keep up with orders and outsourcing production to several different manufacturers.
Capabilities
A cheap Omni 25 ICE engine provided speeds of up to 150 kph. A one-ton cargo bay allowed police squads to be transported, and one ton of standard armor provided protection from small-arms fire, but was vulnerable even from the front to anything larger than a Small Laser. A Machine Gun with half a ton of ammo was mounted in a turret for crowd control duties and pursuit.
Variants
Deputy SEC-BW-5: Armored variant; removes the Machine Gun, ammuniton, and turret and concentrates spare armor in the front and sides of the vehicle, also doubling the size of the infantry bay to allow transport of detainees in addition to police.
SEC-CW-5: Replaces the turret, MG, and ammo with two Vehicular Grenade Launchers mounted in the front, usually loaded with tear gas or smoke grenades for riot control.

Your equipment adds up to 5.5 tons.

It's armor is a bit light, so much so that I'm not sure it could even survive small-arms fire.

Range 0 Auto Pistols have an average damage output of .2, so 5 men with these guns could damage the vehicle by 1 point. Scale that up to 20 men, and they can destroy any location given here except the right side, provided they hit the same location.

It's possible to create a clan vehicle of the same role, but advanced capabilities via fuel cell engine and turreted micro pulse laser combo, plus 14 points of Ferro-Lamellor armor instead of 16 points standard for augmented defense against small arms.

Well it's more of a domestic thing than a front-line fighter, more of a police squad car than anything else, so I wanted to keep it cheap, figuring that advanced tech would go to the better units first...
