Overview
The Mayfly was a rapid-deployment VTOL, allowing for quick shuttling of infantry units behind friendly lines.
Capabilities
A 5-rated ICE engine allowed the Mayfly to flank at up to 185 kph. One ton of standard armor provided some brittle protection against stray fire, and a one-and-a-half-ton cargo bay allowed up to one infantry squad and extra equipment to be transported.
Variants
Some field techs press the Mayfly into service as a scout, installing a Beagle active probe in the body, or installing a TAG system and an extra half a ton of armor.
