I posted something like this more than a year ago. In fact, I think it's the first design I posted.
Anyways, it had one ton of weight to spare. I made a prototype VTOL redesign, using the extra tons on machineguns. I might settle with just adding another ton of FL armor though. The VTOL keeps the trend of being "a different type of chopper", being one of THE most resilient attack helicopters on the market. Being able to sustain a heavy gauss rifle shell to ANY hit location, while retaining respectable speed and armament, this is the most qualified "front-line" chopper any faction has ever created.
