Overview
The Sparrow-Wing was designed as a patrol fighter, simple and cheap, while being heavily armored for its intended role.
Capabilities
A standard Fusion Engine provided safe acceleration of up to 9 G's, and seven tons of Ferro-Aluminum armor protected the 'bird'. Three tons of fuel provided reasonable range for patrols, and armament was given in the form of an MML-3 in each wing, with two tons of ammo to share, allowing both LRM and SRM ammunition to be utilized. A Light PPC provided some ammo-independent backup from the nose.
