Overview
A "Royal Hunchback" produced by Platypus 'Mech Works for the SLDF. Removes the original's iconic AC/20 in favor of an LB10-XAC for half the damage, but twice the range and utility. Higher speeds were also achieved, while armor protection was maximized.
Capabilities
The engine of the original Hunchback was upgraded to a 250-rated model, allowing better speeds to quickly close with the enemy. Nine and a half tons of Ferro-Fibrous armor maxed out armor protection on the Endo-Steel chassis. Two Medium Lasers mounted in each arm provided the same firepower as the original Hunchback's AC/20, with ammunition independence at the cost of higher heat. The AC/20's mounting was refitted to carry an LB10-XAC, with four tons of CASE-protected ammo in the left torso providing excellent battlefield endurance, and allowing the pilot to use cluster and slug munitions equally. Ten double heat sinks kept the 'Mech completely cool.

My blurb: I looked through the wiki and realized that there was never a 'royal' variant of everyone's favorite Hunchie...I decided to rectify that situation.

My fix of the Hunchback was to upgrade to Endo Steal, 300 XL, max armor, replace the AC-20 with a Gauss Rifle, and bring the count of lasers to 6 mediums.
Why argue if the glass is half full or half empty, when you know someone is going to knock it over and spill it anyways.

I was a Major *pain* before
But I got a promotion.
I am now a General *pain*
Yay for promotions!!!

Yeah, I would've done that but I wanted it to keep a standard engine so it wasn't much more expensive and still survivable.
