OVERVIEW
As a show of solidarity, all members of the Star League join together to showcase their martial strength. In the ancient Olympic tradition, a series of games and contests were designed to test the mettle of mankind's most powerful military. Each Member State and Territory sends its best-equipped and most elite units to battle for the title of champion. Players may compete in two categories for each Operation: Heavy/Assault and Medium/Light. A bracketed tournament will be designed to match members of different factions until one is left standing. 1-to-4 units will be allowed for play (in Martial Olympiad) and games will be balanced/arranged by tonnage only. Players are allowed to customize ammunition in their hangars prior to the game.
GETTING STARTED
Each game is balanced by weight bracket only. Any Light or Medium can fight in the Light/Medium category, as well as Heavies and Assaults in the Heavy/Assault category. Players may use pilots from their hangar, their Role Playing Characters, or may have a 3/4 Edge 1 pilot created for them, if they wish to participate and do not have any qualifying pilots. The same pilot beginning the tournament must participate in each match and cannot be substituted, though they may change 'Mechs.

RPCs
If a player has an RPC, they may be allowed in any/all Event games. Notification of the person's opponent is mandatory, along with any special instructions for Trait/Skill effects in-game, such as Leadership, Demoralizer and Forced Withdrawal.
RESTRICTIONS
- Units with more than (1) Gauss Rifle are prohibited. (1) Gauss Rifle maximum.
FORCED WITHDRAWAL

RESULTS
The results of each game must be posted in the appropriate thread ("Gunslinger Duel") for validation. Officially-sanctioned games (arranged by a Mod/Admin) will be posted in the winners/losers bracket thread of the tournament. The chance of pulling one from our normal tables is around 0.05%.
