I would dump three heat sinks and one of the tons of ammo for 4 medium lasers for the weight savings. If four SRMs hit that would be 20 heat plus the 2 for running that would let you cool off some of the heat buildup from running and using the ERLLs.
With 6 Streak SRM-2 hitting 75% of the time one ton of ammo will last you 11 rounds of firing. You have no need of the second ton of ammo.
Why argue if the glass is half full or half empty, when you know someone is going to knock it over and spill it anyways.

The design, unfortunately, doesn't have any critical slots remaining to pull off such a modification.

Why two Streak SRM 6s?

I did not see that you uses Endo Steal and Ferro-Fibrous armor.
OK then, Drop three of the heat sinks Drop one ton of ammo Change out the six Steak SRM-2s for Three Streak SRM-4s Then with the crits and weight saved put in the four Medium Lasers

That is why a few people have asked to have information like weight and criticals put into the data sheet.
Now. Does that hold try with your removal of the lowwer arm and hand actuators? I was going to ask about the ammo in the arms, but without room for case, I can understand it. Would think the arms are one of the first things to go..

If you meant "Why not 2 streak 6s?" my guess would be the extra hit opportunities.
Coincidentally, in my current round of BT gaming an old high school buddy came back to the fold and fell in love with Streaks. He started with 2 Streak 6s on his favorite medium design, but then switched to 3 Streak 4s because they gave 50% more chances to hit - he got tired of watching the Streak 6s stay quiet turn after turn. When they hit it was great, but until then they were just idle weight. After the 3 Streak 4s showed more frequent hits, he moved to 6 Streak 2s for even more frequent (but smaller) hits.
Over a large number of turns, damage from BFGs and an equal damage value of small guns evens out (assuming equal target numbers.) But with crit finders like Streaks it can be more useful to land any damage, even little dribbles, more often than wait for that big hammer-blow of a larger launcher.

The 4 is the most affective. The 2 and 4 both use one crit where the 6 has 2 crits. The 2 and 4 get 100 missiles per ton where the 6 only gets 90. Heat is not an issue since there is none unless the missiles hit and at that point who cares your doing damage to the enemy.
