The "Breakwater" is a field refit of the ENF-4R Enforcer, as performed by
Leutnant Jacia Breakwater. Picking up the aging, half-gutted machine with a
field refit kit stolen from the Free Worlds League, she set out to improve her
new personal machine.

A Brand new Light Engine, which cost almost as much as the second hand machine
did itself, starts the design off with a saving in tonnage. Double-sized heat
exchangers were immediately added, to help compensate for the Extended-Range
Large Laser to outfit for the older weapon in the arm, and a Pulse Laser for
the Torso Mount.

Every other ounce of space in the battlemech was filled by attaching a pair of
single-shot rocket packs. As an Urban Warfare specialist, she wanted
something that would provide obscene amount of close-range firepower when it
was needed - to obliterate her enemy in the shortest time possible.

Ironically, one of the more common refits to be done to Enforcers - mainly,
the replacement of the Federated Autocannon with an LB model, has not been
done. Quite probably as one was not available in the time or budget scrounged.

I would love to se a second ton of AC ammo to make use of specialty rounds.
