It's like a version of the Hunchback IIC that doesn't suck and is, in fact, awesome.

Typo or is there a reason there is 2 styles of case listed? I would think the case II would be a waste of weight if the straight case is doing the job.
Another question. Why not use the clan double heat sinks? Cost? Granted you are not out of critical space, but it does come to mind.

With mixed tech mechs you can indicate the use of Clan CASE. As the weapons are mostly Clan, it makes sense they would use appropriate CASE, but because it's an advanced tech design it has CASE II installed. Seems both overlap in Mechworks.
Being an Inner Sphere design priority is given to using domestic tech, so as long as they are not necessary, iS Heat Sinks are used instead.
This version attempts to fix some of the inherent problems of the King Crab, mostly the slow speed. There wasn't enough room and heat sinks to install more long ranged weapons so that it has to rely on a single ER Large Laser to deal with ranged threats. Maybe there will be a version mounting a HAG or Gauss Rifle to adress the problem.

No, the Awesome is an entirely different mech. It has PPCs instead of AC20s.
Why argue if the glass is half full or half empty, when you know someone is going to knock it over and spill it anyways.
I was a Major *pain* before
But I got a promotion.
I am now a General *pain*
Yay for promotions!!!
