Can anyone tell me which book has a list of common goods (aka trade goods things like that) per House?

There isn't such a thing. It'd be impossible to pin down the trade goods used by a trillion Inner Sphere inhabitants on planets with technology bases ranging from "mud huts" to "Futurama."
Did you have some specific planets in mind? I could make some suggestions if I knew the planets and cargo capacities of your transports.

Was looking for more of generic list, just need something to fill in some gaps for a story, the cargo tonnage is what a Leopard can carry.

I thought 5 tons was the cargo capacity for a normal Leopard. Then again, what is standard equipment on the dropship? Is the mech bays full repair bays? I thought it said the fighter bays were nothing more then launch and recovery bays, with no repair abilities in one of the older books. But then it would be nice to know what military components are house specific. I know jenners are made in the combine, but I thought it said some where they do make parts in the suns portion as well. Just not the mech.

If you want a generic list, my recommendation is equipment lists from any of the MechWarrior editions. Aim for items that are compact and expensive, and might be rare on a destination planet. Taking a load of holovid sets or personal communicators from an advanced planet to a nearby low tech planet would be good money.
Avoid bulk, low-cost stuff like grains or unprocessed ores.
