Would it not be better to have the Snub-Nose PPCs in the side torsos so they can be fired at the same time that you punch?
Even though my personal mech has some very good close range weapons (10 medium lasers) I would not exactly like coming to an intersection in a city and find that standing there to welcome me with open arms, or punches.
Why argue if the glass is half full or half empty, when you know someone is going to knock it over and spill it anyways.
