Too lazy to think up some stats, but what is considered the minimal support needed to run a merc lance of mechs.
This would be cooant trucks, normal transportation like jeeps and cars. semi's for moving items outside of combat. This nature of units.
Also do you acquire the stuff on the new planet, or take them with you on a dropship?
I believe most assault forces seem to leave this information out.
I seriously doubt they figure that in when they go to invade or even raid a planet. I see raids mentions with semi's hauling the loot, but they are using something like a union with 12 mechs. Where do they get the vehicles?
I assume stolen, but hover transports are not likely to be on back water worlds.

Bring them with you, if you're organized. You don't want to spend weeks getting to another system and find no convenient transports for your loot and logistics.
