Yes.
Within the scope of normal BT rules, "firing all the weapons in 1 turn" and "firing them all at once" are the same thing; the difference is academic or, rather, a roleplaying issue.
Based on novels, it seems weapons are often (but not always) fired in a staggered manner when triggered in the same 10-second period.

But i meen fireing 3 ER Meds in 1 To-Hit roll, (as a example) or just fireing them all seperately..

Ah, linked fire. Linked fire rules are found in Max Tech, which I don't have handy. They're an L3 option.
Alpha Striking is just firing all the weapons in one turn, perhaps simultaneously, but not necessarily on the same to-hit roll.

I don't think BMR-rev has a fraction of the stuff MaxTech does. Heavy engines (405-500 rated), XXLs, XL gyros, cockpit options, composite internal structures, all sorts of armor and ammo variants, ER pulse lasers for Clans...and rules options, like linked fire.
I'll check my copy of Max Tech later today for linked fire rules and get back to you.

Alright, MaxTech (L3) rules:
Linked fire is partly what you might think it is. At any time before the game begins, or in the end phase of a turn, a player may designate two or more weapons on a mech to be "linked."
These weapons hit or miss on a single to-hit roll.
These weapons use the worst to-hit number of all linked weapons. If you're firing an LRM 5 and medium laser at a target 1 hex away, both weapons will enjoy a ferocious minimum range penalty.
Hit locations are determined normally. If 6 weapons are fired linked, you roll for 6 hit locations, assuming the single to-hit roll was successful.
A unit may have more than one linked weapon groups.
The weapons going into a linked group must be able to fire into the same arc.
I think that's it.

Multiple cockpits? Where did that Q come up?
There's the command console, which is a 3-ton, 1 crit, head mount item. It's a back-up cockpit and normally serves to give +2 to initiative (when it isn't used as a cockpit).
