A Clan-tech Schreck would be a VERY dangerous machine. Three Clan ER PPC's would put out a murderous volume of ammunition-independent fire to a very good range. This tank is somewhat similar to the Defiance Industries "Morgan" tank, but does 50% more damage, has a better spread of anti-infantry/crit-soaking secondary weapons, better armor, (hardened) and even has a half-ton infantry bay for a light PA spotter suit or a couple of combat engineers or snipers.
I specified a Spheroid XL engine instead of Clan as this would let an Inner Sphere clan make use of an engine type they would likely otherwise shun, (inner sphere XL engines make Mechs very vulnerable; a gutted side torso means a disabled Mech.) thus allowing use of a common engine they'd likely frequently salvage in conflicts with spheroid forces (the common 300 Vlar XL)

Beyond the Hell Horses which other Clans would make use of this?

The IS would be more likely to use this tank then most of the clans. The IS engine would be a sticking point for most. It does seem that crit soakers seem a bit out of place for the in game thoughts, but actual play has it almost needed.
Almost said the armor was light, but the hardened does make it more like where it should be. The movement doesn't show it like most have.
Guessing the extra sinks are why you took it up to 100 tonner from the 80 is normally is. Definitely usable.
