Basically, the Arthur is an Artillery 'Mech mostly built with tech introduced in 1950.
It's cheap, easy to repair, has the same armor as an Atlas, and two Thumpers, giving it the punch of an Arrow 4 with the range of an LRM. It's about as fast as an UrbanMech and carries anti-infantry weapons on it's Shoulder Turrets so it can be stationed in Cities without much fuss. An ejection seat ensures the pilot has a way out. Of note is the lower arm actuators used to help aim the Thumpers, giving it the appearance of holding up and adjusting large b00bs when firing or running.
